Session of the Month - March 2023

Last month I started a new tradition called “Session of the Month” to showcase my amazing clients and the different types of sessions I offer. If I am being brutally honest, even as I was making last month’s post, I knew this session would likely be the post for March.

Because LOOK AT THEM.

I can count on one hand the number of twin sessions I have done before. It’s always such a rare treat! However, this was my very first twin session where the babies were not both the same sex. When their mama reached out to me a couple of months before her due date, I did a little happy dance when she confirmed she wanted to move forward with booking.

I brainstormed sooo many ideas, but one I KNEW I had to do was something with the striped hats (pictured below). My sister-in-law has made me a lot of my adorable hats that I have in my studio. Ever since I added these two hats in particular to my repertoire several years ago, I truly dreamed one day of using them at the same time on a set of boy/girl twins. With this session, that became a reality!

I also must add… these two were a DREAM (literally and figuratively). They were both so cooperative and snuggled nicely into their poses, both together and on their own. You can tell they are comforted by one another’s presence!
